Awesome career tool

This app got me thinking in a new way about what Im good at. I always knew I was good at certain things like innovating and analyzing, but now I know why and how I can use those innate talents better in my work.

I shared the app with my coworker and we compared results. Now we know why we work together the way we do and how to be even better teammates to each other. Id like my how team to take it and compare results-its really eye-opening.
